This here is a reference post for how Rusty looks differently overall from Sparky.

( A HANDY DANDY DOODLE PAGE!! )

One of the out and out biggest differences are the scars, Rusty's got a few more and when he's not wearing a collared shirt and tie a rather nasty one is visible on his left shoulder near his neck.

The other major things are that he never wears goggles anymore and his hair is longer and always pulled back.

I will edit this as things hit me but... yeah!

Rusty's going to be dreaming of some pretty heavy stuff, namely a mess of the things from the Elegante and a little from Gaia.

Gaia:

-Plate drop, watching Sector 7 burn while people scream and die. FUNTIMES SERIOUSLY! 8D

Elegante:

- THIS WHOLE THING PRETTY MUCH. Reno the out of control insane rage/loneliness/abandonment issues soul eating monster killing everyone because if he kills them they won't leave him. (Appearances from noncastmates welcome!)

- A lovely fancy dress masquerade party! Reno dancing with his kinda!girlfriend Catpaw and champange and... it then gets crashed by homicidal cardinals that burrow through flesh and tentacles that when killed burst and burn in to your skin leaving tiny spiral shaped scars.

- This Scene pretty much, feelings of abandonment and not being wanted abound. Also, drunken angst.

- Having to shoot The End in order to save the universe! The End taking the form of either Rude or whomever shows up or someone SUPER IMPORTANT to them.

- The Golden Shore, field of corpses of people he/you know! GOOD TIMES!

Vauge Setting Stuff:

- Stuff on Reno's feels about the current nonsense of the Turks in the Tower, not being who anyone wants him to be, being left behind, being ostricized, nobody having any faith in him, not wanting to let anyone see how much of a mess he is, never being able to have Nice Things, TSENG IS A BAG OF DICKS.

The Chaos one will probably repeat multiple times, he's feeling that feeling again lately and it hurts.

I'm making a giant catch-all post for stuff that people can sense and get away with doing to Reno!

Darkness/Light/Good/Evil senses: They'd probably tingle some darkness/evil, the guy's killed a few thousand people and shared a brain with Chaos (the apocalypse). He's not pure evil though, just... not good.

Magic senses: Tingle as well! He's technically a very very untrained blue mage, and has used materia for most of his life.

Mind Reading/Telepathy: DO IT! Really, his brain is generally pretty open, and digging around in it could probably prove incredibly interesting!

General beating/maiming/fightythings: GO AHEAD!

Stuff Reno can do: Essentially, his only non-human ability that doesn't come from materia is Pyramid. Essentially it's a prison that's pretty much unbreakable from the inside. Highly powerful characters, such as demi-gods, people with MASSIVE strength, teleportation, etc. can break/get out of it. From the outside, however, it's basically a card house; pretty much tossing some gravel at it will shatter it entirely.
